VAVI Aesthetics and Gynecology is not a medical spa. We are a medical practice with a double board certified physician acting as both medical director and surgeon on site. We do offer services that are available at many medical spas, however we also offer many services to address the medical and surgical needs of our clients.

We do not accept commercial insurance plans, medicaid or medicare. We employ a fee for service model that allows us to provide the most comprehensive and personalized experience to our clients. Multiple concerns can be addressed during a single visit, and we are not limited to time constraints or by the confines of traditional insurance based care. Our dedicated staff is ready and available to assist our clients with any questions or concerns, resulting in the best level of care. For gynecology services, we provide a superbill at the completion of every visit that can be submitted directly to your insurance for reimbursement. All labs, imaging and pathology are billed through your insurance.

You must notify the office at least 24 hours prior to your appointment to cancel or reschedule. A late cancellation fee will be charged for cancellations with less than 24 hours notice or no shows – $50 for non-procedural service appointments and $100 for procedural services (e.g. injectables, skin resurfacing, in-office procedures) The surgery cancellation policy gets reviewed in detail with your surgical quote before anything is booked or paid for.

There is a large parking lot at our medical building that is easily accessible from both Post Rd E and Hillspoint Rd. During inclement weather, or if you prefer to be discreet when entering and exiting the building, there is parking available in the underground parking lot that is located around the back of the building.
